Unydox Enterprise is an independent private consulting firm. We maintain no direct structural integration, ownership, or structural ties with any statutory department or government bureau. All execution parameters are delivered as corporate consultancy assets to verify alignment with compliance rules.

3. User Obligations & 15-Day Inactivity Lifecycle

To preserve data handling integrity and prevent long-term architectural caching issues, users must conform to the following operational parameters:

• Unydox Enterprise disclaims all liability for compliance rejections or operational delays triggered by false, altered, or incorrect user documentation.
• Inactivity Alert Protocol: If an active project execution cycle remains stalled due to a lack of necessary client documents or contact for a consecutive stretch of 15 days, our automated lifecycle module issues an inactivity hold alert. Prolonged inaction may result in session archival or service expiration.

4. Transaction Terms & Fees

All service schedules operate on an advance fee processing framework unless custom invoicing contracts are explicitly provisioned. Fees comprise statutory public-domain outlays alongside our professional execution fees, routed cleanly through authorized electronic payment settlement networks.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The code blocks, design layouts, digital assets, and specific service delivery workflows deployed on unydox.in are proprietary corporate properties. For engineering models (Web builds), clear asset ownership blocks transfer to the client ecosystem solely upon final contract settlement.

6. Limitation of Liability Matrix

Unydox Enterprise carries no structural liability for execution rejections by statutory government systems if the filed assets were structurally correct at the drop. Our aggregate operational liability is locked to the professional consulting fee collected for that specific workflow.

7. Modification Frameworks

We preserve the right to change our consulting tariffs or drop service workflows to mirror changes in government registration standards without issuing notice across public channels.

8. Governing Jurisdiction

These corporate covenants are executed and interpreted under the statutory laws of the Republic of India. Any legal friction points or compliance disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the judicial courts in Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh.
